A Family-Based Treatment Program

Family-based simply means the family system is the environment for treatment as opposed to group care.

Clients served in Therapeutic Foster Care need not only a substitute "mommy" and "daddy;" they need a structured home with predictable expectations in order to gain a more appropriate sense of self-control and to learn to function in preparation for achieving a permanent, "forever" home.
